Shipping & delivery

Where we deliver

For now we deliver only within Bengaluru. The checkout checks your pincode as you type it. If yours isn’t covered, message us on WhatsApp (+91 63025 90613) and we’ll tell you whether we can work something out.

What delivery costs

Orders go out from Kasturi Nagar (560043). The delivery charge depends on roughly how far your pincode is from there:

Pay at the checkout and this is the charge: it’s worked out from your pincode and nothing is added afterwards. If you place your order without paying, the checkout shows it as an estimate and we confirm the final charge with you on WhatsApp — it can differ a little, for example for a large order or an address at the far edge of a pincode. There is no packing charge either way.

From time to time we run free delivery offers. When one is on, the cart and checkout say so.

How long it takes

• If you pay at the checkout, your order is confirmed straight away. If you don’t, we reach you on WhatsApp to confirm it, usually within a few hours during 10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday.
• We pack and send your order within 1–2 working days of it being confirmed.
• A local courier brings it to your door, usually the same day or the next.

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Packing and gift wrap

Every piece is wrapped on its own and boxed with padding. Tick Gift wrap this order at checkout and we’ll wrap it as a gift, free.

When your order arrives

Please make sure someone can take the delivery at the address you gave. If the courier can’t reach anyone, we’ll arrange another attempt with you; a second trip may carry another delivery charge.

Open the box soon after it arrives. If you can, take a short video while you unbox it. If anything is broken or not what you ordered, see our returns policy and message us within 48 hours.
