Returns and exchanges

We don’t accept returns or exchanges, including for a change of mind. A piece that has made the trip across town and back can’t safely be sent out again.

If something isn’t right

Message us on WhatsApp (+91 63025 90613) within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference (it starts with MT-), photos of the piece and the box, and an unboxing video if you took one. We look at every case ourselves and work out the fairest fix with you.

If a piece arrives broken, chipped or not what you ordered, we’ll send a replacement or refund that piece, whichever you prefer, including its share of the delivery charge.

What isn’t a fault

These are normal in glazed ceramics and aren’t treated as damage:

• small differences in where a print or pattern sits, and in colour and glaze from piece to piece;
• tiny specks, pinholes or unevenness in the glaze;
• sizes that are close to, not exactly, what’s described;
• colours that look a little different from your screen. Photos show the range, not the exact piece you’ll get.

Cancelling an order

• You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is sent out. Just message us on WhatsApp.
• Once it has left us, it can’t be cancelled.
• Pieces personalised with a name or message can’t be cancelled once personalisation has started.

We may cancel an order ourselves if a piece turns out to be out of stock or damaged before sending, or if we can’t deliver to the address. If you’ve already paid, we refund you in full.

Refunds

Refunds go back the way you paid, within 5–7 working days of us agreeing the refund. A payment made on the site goes back through Razorpay to the same card, UPI id or account; a UPI or bank transfer is sent back the same way. We’ll message you when it’s on its way. Your own bank may take a few days more to show it.
