Product & seller information
The details, in one place.
These apply to every piece on the site, so they live here rather than repeating on each product page. The generic name, net quantity and retail sale price sit on the product page itself, where they belong.

How ordering works
At the checkout you give us your delivery details and pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet. Your order is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through, and we message you on WhatsApp about delivery. Payments are handled for us by Razorpay; card and UPI details go to them and are never kept on this site.
If you’d rather talk first, you can place your order without paying. We then reach you on WhatsApp to confirm what’s in stock, the delivery charge and payment. We deliver within Bengaluru. See shipping & delivery, returns, cancellations & refunds, privacy and terms of sale.
Prices shown include all taxes. Any 4 single pieces get 10% off in the cart; gift sets are already priced as sets and don’t count towards it. Seasonal offers take a stated percentage off the pieces they name, between the dates shown, and never apply to gift sets. Where a piece qualifies for more than one offer, it gets the bigger discount, not both. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
About the pieces
Everything here is glazed ceramic tableware, chosen by us and bought in from the makers we work with. No two pieces are quite identical — a pattern sits a little higher or lower, a colour comes out a shade lighter or deeper, and the glaze varies from one piece to the next. Sizes are close, not exact. Photographs show the range, so the piece that reaches you may vary a little from the one on screen.
Reaching us
WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us, and it’s the two of us answering. You’ll also find us on Instagram.
